What is Special Needs Planning?
Special needs planning refers to the plan our firm works with you to develop to protect assets when you, a spouse, a child or other loved one has a disability. This planning is often integrated with other asset protection plans and estate plans to ensure that assets the disabled person owns, inherits or receives via a settlement are preserved for that person’s use during their lifetime without the risk of loss to other benefits to which that person may be entitled to receive.
