Mary Bubbett Jackson
Mary Bubbett Jackson has more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer in Louisiana and Florida and has been a partner at Jackson+Jackson since 2011. Currently, her primary practice areas are Small Business Legal Services, Wills and Estates Services, and Elder Law and Long-Term Care Asset Protection Planning. She is also a V.A. Accredited Claims Attorney.
Ms. Jackson graduated summa cum laude from Loyola University School of Law, where she was a member of the Loyola Law Review, the Moot Court National Team and St. Thomas More Inn of Court. She received her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama.
She is admitted to the Louisiana State Bar, the Florida State Bar, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana and Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. She is also a licensed notary in Louisiana and Florida.
