Simply put, “elder law” is a catch-all term for law that addresses the issues that seniors face. This is a very wide field. Our firm has chosen to focus on estate planning, advance long-term care planning, family asset protection planning and special needs asset planning.
Our Elder Law, Estate and Asset and Special Needs Planning Section is intentionally small, so that we can offer you personalized estate and asset planning services.
When you meet with us, we will tailor an estate or asset protection plan to your specific needs. We know that there is no one size fits all approach to planning, and we’re not going to hand you a stack of documents and send you out the door. Every document crafted by our firm takes into account your circumstances, your preferences, your needs, and your particular situation. Our goal is to ensure that you have the protection and plan you need when you need it.
